Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! Custom orders are welcome at Tonalix Studios. Whether you have a specific character, prop, or design in mind, we're happy to discuss your project. Availability depends on the type of project and current production timeframe. Reach out to us at tonalixstudios@gmail.com with your idea and we'll let you know what's possible.
What is the return policy?
It depends on the product type:
- 3D printed kits (unpainted) — returnable within 30 days if unused and in original condition. Buyer covers return shipping.
- Finished replicas, custom commissions, hand-painted props — all sales final, no returns or refunds once production begins. Cancellations accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
- Digital downloads (STL files) — non-refundable once delivered.
- Damaged/defective items — contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll repair, replace, or resolve.
- EU customers — have a 14-day cooling off period by law.

When will I get my order?
It depends on what you ordered:
- Digital downloads (STL files) — delivered instantly after purchase, no shipping needed.
- 3D printed kits (unpainted/DIY) — ready to ship in 3–5 business days, then 3–7 business days (US standard) or 10–20 business days (international).
- Finished props, hand-painted masks & custom items — up to 4 weeks production time before shipping, then 3–7 business days (US) or 10–20 business days (international).
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email within 24–48 hours. International orders may experience additional customs delays.

Where are your products manufactured?
All Tonalix Studios products are proudly handmade in Southern California, USA. Every prop, mask, and kit is crafted in-house — from 3D printing to hand-painting and finishing. We do not source from overseas factories or mass-production facilities. Each piece is made with care, skill, and attention to detail right here in the state of California.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
