Processing Times

Because every piece at Tonalix Studios is crafted with care, processing times vary by product type:

Finished & Customized Items: Made from scratch. Processing time is up to 4 - 6 weeks before shipping. (Hand‑painted masks, props, custom finishes, etc.)
Printed Kits (Unpainted / DIY Parts): Processing time is typically 3–5 business days.
Digital Downloads: Delivered instantly after purchase. No shipping required.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. If we experience unusually high order volume, we will notify you of any delays.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped:

U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
U.S. Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
International Shipping: 10–20 business days (Customs delays may occur depending on your country.)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Free shipping may apply to select promotions or order totals when available.

Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country. Tonalix Studios is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your package is handed to the carrier, Tonalix Studios is not responsible for delays or losses. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
